1. Nature of the Service

ItinInk is a travel planning and organization platform that enables users to:

• Create and structure travel itineraries
• Use AI-assisted drafting tools
• Collaborate on trips
• Share itineraries publicly or keep them private
• View location data and images provided by third-party services
• Access affiliate links to external booking platforms

ItinInk is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking provider, or a financial, visa, safety, or medical advisor.

We do not guarantee travel arrangements, pricing, availability, safety, or regulatory compliance.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for account activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive or illegal conduct, or attempt scraping, automated extraction, or system manipulation.

3. User Content and Ownership

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the itineraries and content you create on ItinInk.

3.2 License to ItinInk

By creating content on the Platform, you grant ItinInk a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, structure, reproduce within the Platform, and share publicly (if content is marked public). This license ends when you delete your content.

3.3 Public Content

If you make a trip public, it may be visible to others, duplicated within the Platform, and appear in public listings. You are responsible for ensuring your public content does not infringe third-party rights.

4. AI-Generated Content

ItinInk may use AI systems to generate itinerary drafts or suggestions. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and is for drafting purposes only. You are responsible for review and verification.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate Google Maps Platform APIs (including Maps and Places for map and place/location data), licensed stock photography providers (such as Unsplash) for certain images including trip cover images, hosting/cloud providers (including storage and delivery via services such as Cloudflare R2), and affiliate travel platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party pricing, availability changes, content accuracy, image updates, or outages.

6. Google Maps, Location Data & Image Usage

Maps and place/location data (and, in some cases, in-app place thumbnails) are provided through Google Maps Platform APIs. Certain other images, especially trip cover images, may be sourced from licensed stock photography providers such as Unsplash and then stored and served by ItinInk infrastructure (for example, via Cloudflare R2/CDN). Third-party images and data remain owned by their respective rights holders and are used under applicable licensing terms; Google-provided content is displayed per Google licensing and attribution requirements.

Users agree not to download, scrape, copy, or redistribute Google-provided map/place content, extract or reuse Google location data outside the Platform, or violate applicable attribution/licensing requirements.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you book through certain links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not affect pricing.

8. Travel Disclaimer

ItinInk is a planning tool only. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, destination safety, visa/regulatory compliance, or health/weather/political conditions. You are responsible for verifying details before booking or traveling, and you travel at your own risk.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal/harmful content, infringe IP rights, scrape data, reverse engineer services, attempt security breaches, or use unauthorized bots. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

10. Copyright & Infringement

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] with a description of the work, URL of allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized.

11. Privacy

Personal data collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect account information, trip data, analytics, cookies, and technical logs. We do not sell personal data.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItinInk is not liable for financial losses, disruptions, injury, property damage, missed bookings, data loss, or reliance on inaccurate information. If liability is established, it will not exceed any amount paid by you to use the Platform (if applicable).

13. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or remove features, conduct maintenance, and update the Platform without prior notice.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, the Platform is misused, or required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
